* The main ranking indicator is the number of profile views in the current month. The more views, the higher the company ranks in the directory.

* To improve your organization’s ranking, we recommend using advertising banners in the directory (if included in your plan), as they give a quick company overview and link directly to your profile.

* To increase ad traffic and take part in the TOP-10 ranking, it’s also recommended to place a link to your profile on other websites or social media accounts (e.g., your company’s official site or the sites of partners or friends). The more clicks on your link, the higher your company ranks in the TOP-10.
